Oracle Apps DBA Health Checkup and performance scripts Part 2 Details Oracle Apps Auditing and performance check

The following script is a master script which audits and checks various Oracle Ebusiness Suite parameters in a single run. It runs a variety of Oracle Apps Health Checks. Warning section at beginning should usually return no rows.


The scripts check and reports the following →

1. Confirm Oracle Apps instance is not in Maintenance Mode
2. Warn login accounts that should not become locked out like SYSADMIN
3. Show any logins whose password is NOT SET to expire in 60 days
4. Non-DBAs who have System Administrator or other powerful Responsibilities
5. Terminated employees who still have an active login to Oracle Apps
6. Show users whose Responsibility roles have early end date in future
7. Duplicate email addresses have security issues with workflow notifications.
8. Show active fnd_users tied to the same HR employee (shows person_id) in Oracle Apps
9. Show users whose mailpref is QUERY since causes Workflow Notification issues in Ebusiness Suite
10. If any wf adhoc roles that have wrong notification_preference
11. Show if workflow mailer setting PROCESSOR_READ_TIMEOUT_CLOSE has changed
12. Confirm Examine function is password protected in Production
13. User Level 'Utilities:Diagnostics' Profile Settings for Examine
14. List Profile options for personalization related settings and list the user who have this reponsibility
15. Find Personalization related profiles at other levels
16. Confirm self service diagnostics are not turned on
17. Confirm only DBA and sysadmin users have access to SS Diagnostics
18. Look for Password Profiles set at user level
19. Show any requests by SYSADMIN that ended in error in last 5 days
20. Show conc programs that have trace enabled. Normally should be none.
21. Confirm Alert Periodic Scheduler is okay
22. Add standard Apps objects Customized and will be lost when patched
23. Any changes to iExpense pkg where we have custom direct chg
24. Any OTL/iExpense views changed recently
25. PA Gen Draft Rev parm we want disabled
26. Watch for HighWaterMark
27. Check for datafiles that have autoextended to their max so stuck
28. List Locked Oracle schema accounts
29. Check whether UNDO datafiles have autoextended
30. Invalid APPS objects. Reports about all the invalid objects.
31. Check SYS audit table to determine number of audit rows
32. List Expired schema accounts in Oracle Apps
33. Report Current Oracle Connection Characteristics including highwater mark
34. Users whose FND Login Account password has become INVALID in Apps
35. Non-Terminated people with end dated fnd_user plus INVALID Password
36. List Site level Profiles that have changed in last Month
37. Status of Site Level Profile Settings
38. User Level Profile Settings relating to Trace or Debug
39. List Profile options WHERE debug/trace is SET on
40. Non-User Level Profile Settings relating to Trace or Debug
41. Check OE Processing Msgs for Number AND types of rows

Can u pls send me all these scripts format to my email (rajdba.2015@gmail.com). I tried so many times but still getting syntax and other errors in Linux as they are in <.txt> format, even after converting to sh not working. I'm really in urgent need of it buddy please.
